The auditorium opened in 1933, together with the entire YMCA building. The hall is magnificent in size and design, and its walls are coated with a special color designed to improve and deepen acoustics, which places it as a leading concert and music hall in Israel.
Over the years, the auditorium has hosted the best festivals and concerts in Israel, including the well-known folklore shows of YMCA, chamber music festivals, concerts and performances.
The auditorium contains 600 seats, 450 in the hall and 150 in the gallery.
The hall is rich in historical, religious and artistic features, combined with the symbols of the three religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
